AYAC Youth Led survey on the definition of charity

The Federal Government is currently reviewing the definition of ‘charity’ in order to introduce a standard definition of ‘charity’ that will apply across all Commonwealth laws in Australia from 1 July 2013. AYAC is committed to advocating for and supporting the needs of youth led organisations.

To this end AYAC seeks the views of young people from youth led organisations on whether the current definition of ‘charity’ reflects the work done by youth leds.

The results of this survey will form the AYAC submission to government on the new nationally agreed definition of ‘charity’. To fill in the survey go the Youth Led survey on the definition of charity. This survey closes on Monday, 5 December 2011.
